Seller note to customer

Thank you for choosing Pedram Couture! Please read our Terms and Conditions and pay the deposit invoice in order to process your order and begin production. By paying this invoice, you are agreeing with our terms and conditions.

Seller’s Terms and Conditions

We have a no return, no refund policy. All sales are final. There are NO returns, exchanges, refunds, or transferred credits on any custom item sold at Pedram Couture. Since this dress is custom and made to order, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required before we can begin production. The remaining 40% balance is due prior to the finished product being collected, shipped, or leaving our premises. The grand total, in addition to tax, includes a 2.9% transaction fee (applied to Credit Card and Paypal charges) and shipping charges. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance NOT Included unless you specify and pay extra costs. Losses or damages from couriers are also not our responsibility, pay for additional insurance or tracking if you desire. If measurements are taken elsewhere or by the client, the client is responsible for those measurements and their accuracy, therefore we are not responsible for any alterations after the garment has left the premises. By paying this invoice, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this contract. you also understand and agree that your dress is custom-made by the measurements you provided. This dress is handmade, not mass-produced, slight variations could be expected. Your wedding gown is a custom creation and cannot be returned under any circumstances. You may need alterations to your dress in order to get the exact look/fit that you want to achieve and all alterations are YOUR responsibility after the dress has been taken from Pedram Couture premises.
